At IDL Home, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, please review our return and refund guidelines below.
Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges for products that meet the following conditions:
- Products must be in new condition
- Products must be unused and in their original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Return Period
Products must be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Return Methods
Customers may return products using the following options:
In-Store Return
Items can be returned directly to our physical location.
Courier Return
Customers who received their order via parcel may return the item by sending it through a courier service.
Customers must share the shipment details with us after dispatch.
Upon confirmation, we will coordinate collection with the courier provider.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping arrangements unless otherwise agreed.
Restocking Fees
No restocking fees are charged on any returns.
Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refund Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days.
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method where applicable (M-Pesa or Cash equivalent).
Exchange Policy
We accept exchanges for eligible products that meet all return conditions.
Non-Returnable Items
Products that are used, damaged, or not in their original condition may not be accepted.
Currency
All refunds are processed in Kenyan Shillings (KES).
